In the Buka application, automatic data storage mechanisms can be used ("Tag-type" cookies) "). They are
used to better adapt the Buka application to the needs of

User's
end device.

available versions of web browsers are used.
While using the Buka application, access logs are collected and analyzed. with information about the IP number of the User's terminal device. The information thus obtained is used for the purposes of administering the application and for statistical analyses of Users' interactions with the application. In accordance with the provisions of Protection Of Personal Information Act, Act no 4 of 2013 on the provision of electronic services and other applicable law, the Operator may be obliged to provide the relevant government authorities with an IP number contained in access logs.
The user of the Buka application may at any time opt out of using it. The application is installed and uninstalled in a standard (native) way for a given version of the operating system installed on the end device. In order to uninstall the application from the end device, the User should follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the operating system with which his mobile devices work.
This document refers only to the Buka application, whose administrator is the Operator. The Operator is not responsible for the links placed in the presented ads enabling Users to click through to pages that are not under the control of the Operator. We encourage you to read the content of the privacy notices placed on the pages to which they refer.
Information provided by the Users is processed and stored using appropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements of South African law. The Operators protects Users' data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Data is processed in a controlled environment while maintaining high standards of protection.
